We have used J-Marks Custom Painting in the past and hired them again to paint our kitchen after a recent remodel. They did such an exceptional job that we ended up having them repaint practically our entire first floor! Professional, neat, and highly skilled. I had JMARKS powerwash and stain our wooden steps leading to our shore property entry doors. Before the work was done the steps really looked very worn and had a lot of green residue on them. It made for a very poor appearance. When we hired JMARKS Jim and Michele said we would love the way our steps were going to look and they were absolutely correct! The work exceeded our expectations and Jim and Michele were very nice throughout the whole process. I highly recommend JMARKS. I wish I had taken before photos to show the difference but the after photos clearly show how great it looks.

J-MARKS has painted my front door, basement entryway and removed wallpaper and repainted a bedroom. Every time they are here they arrive on time, are courteous and leave the area very clean. I look forward to using them again for other projects.

J Marks did a wonderful job in our home. We had water damaged ceilings and a large wall repainted. They repaired the ceiling nail pops, stains and painted beautifully, as if nothing ever happened. Came in and completed the work in one day. We called them and asked them to come back to complete another small room ceiling and they immediately came back in before my house guests were to arrive and that was a life saver! They are very professional and take pride in their workmanship. I would recommend them 100%

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. To start, I searched for a reputable local painting company and read lots and lots of reviews. What struck me is all of the 5 stars J-Marks received and so I sent a message for a quote. This was on a Sunday, I expected I’d hear back sometime the next week, but Michelle texted me almost immediately and scheduled an estimate for the next day. Jim came out, took measurements and checked out all of the areas (and there were many) we wanted done and came back with a very reasonable price for the amount of work we wanted. They started that Monday, a crew of just 3 that included Jim the owner! I could not have imagined how warm and friendly they have been, between the crew and Michelle it felt like talking to friends, just so personable. The job came out beyond amazing, I can’t express the difference in the rooms, it’s far beyond what I expected. They take their time spackling, sanding and going over areas to perfect them. Please, do yourself a favor and stop your painting contractor search at J-Marks, you will not be disappointed. From the amazing Michelle and her quick responsiveness, to Jim, Kevin and super spackler Luis, all I can say is OMG I can’t believe it’s the same space!!! Support your local family owned businesses, I am so glad I did.

My husband and I needed several painting jobs done, and after seeing the incredible work J-Marks did for my parents, we knew exactly who to call. From start to finish, Michelle was a pleasure to work with. Jim and a partner came out to complete the job. They worked efficiently, were clean, and the finished work looks great. J-Marks painting has been phenomenal! They painted my entire house in less than a week, even when it was full of all of my move in boxes. They even removed all of my cabinet doors and painted them as well. All 5 men were here, even on a Saturday and Sunday! Friday, before my things were here Luis and another painter came at 6:30 am to make sure the house was ready for the carpet to be laid. I find that truly unbelievable. I have never seen a group of such hard-working men in my life! They changed my new house into a home and I cannot be more grateful. Michelle the owner was a delight to deal with as well as her husband Jim. They were organized, focused and went above and beyond in every way. They cleaned up everything each day after they were finished. I highly recommend them for all of your painting needs big or small. They’re just good peeps!!
